The Big Salad has elevated the art and science of the salad bar design to a new level. Associates create salad dishes with your direction. There is no more awkward ladling with plastic utensils. Starting out in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, the concept was so successful that soon the company opened other eateries in Troy and Royal Oak. Having decided to offer franchises for the restaurant, the company’s owners are envisioning the addition of about 200 locations in the next decade.
